Like waves crashing on the beach, a tsunami of eager homebuyers has hit the Jersey Shore. Motivated by COVID-19 restrictions, new remote working opportunities, low-interest rates and a love of sun and sand, buyers from as far away as Connecticut are flocking to the Shore for a better quality of life.
