“We engaged CB New Homes in 2019 as our marketing and leasing consultant on our new luxury development, 30 Court in Morristown. As part of the assignment, CB New Homes prepared a market comp study for both for-sale and rental scenarios. The study included a review of the floorplans, proposed pricing and absorption projections. We ultimately decided on rentals and hired CB New Homes to manage the lease-up process.
