CB New Homes Takes Home Eleven 2020 SAM Awards
The winning legacy continues! CB New Homes won top honors at the 2020 New Jersey Builders Association SAM Awards for sales and marketing excellence.
Like many other events in 2020, this year’s New Jersey Builders Association Sales and Marketing (SAM) Awards had a very different look and feel due to pandemic-related restrictions on social gatherings. Notwithstanding the virtual nature of this year’s event, it was still a thrill to learn that the CB New Homes team was honored with eleven 2020 SAM Awards in a wide array of categories.
The most prestigious awards at the SAMs each year are the Grand Awards known as the Community of the Year Awards. CB New Homes is pleased to announce that 365 Ocean was named Mid-Rise/High-Rise Community of the Year. 365 Ocean is a boutique oceanfront condominium community in Long Branch, New Jersey offering 57 luxurious residences for discerning tastes. In just 11 months since the Grand Opening, CB New Homes’ sales and marketing efforts have resulted in over 70 percent of the homes having already been sold.
Which brings us to an equally proud moment: This year’s SAM Award winner for Best Salesperson is none other than Patrick “Ted” Hanley, CB New Homes’ Builder Representative at 365 Ocean. Ted has been absolutely magnificent, especially in light of the recent coronavirus social distancing restrictions. His innovative approach to connecting prospective buyers with this premier property is nothing short of extraordinary. But most impressive are the comments of homebuyers who’ve dealt with Ted. One couple perhaps said it best: “One of our favorite parts of the home-purchasing process was working with Ted Hanley, CB New Homes’s exclusive sales and marketing agent. He made the whole experience enjoyable.”
