VIRTUAL TOURS NOW AVAILABLE AT LONG BRANCH OCEANFRONT CONDO COMMUNITY

Long Branch’s collection of 57 oceanfront condominium residences, 365 Ocean, said Wednesday it implemented a number of new policies and procedures to enhance the safety of the community’s residents, staff and prospective homebuyers, and ease some concerns about COVID-19.
The sales office is now open by appointment only, according to developer Mark Built Homes. The sales team is also offering virtual tours that will allow prospective buyers to video chat with them and virtually walk through available residences, model homes and amenity spaces.
CB New Homes, the exclusive marketing and sales agent, spent the last week improving its digital capability. Staff members have taken hundreds of new photos and videos of the community, including walk-throughs of many of the available units.
